Minnesota State has two groups working on constituent relationship management (CRM). Listed below is more details for each of the groups. Click the here to learn more and apply.  

Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Requirements Group

The first work group will help Minnesota State define the requirements of what they want from a CRM system. This group will meet one or two times up to four (4) hours each meeting. The outcome of this group's effort is critical to defining our RFP. After requirements are complete, your participation ends.

CRM Request for Proposal (RFP) Development Group

This second work group is charged, under facilitated guidance, with:

  • develop or review the following RFP sections:

                Functional product requirements
                Proposer’s qualifications
                Evaluation and scoring criteria

  • Review draft RFP
  • Provide guidance on vetting RFP draft before publication
  • Score and evaluate proposals (this may be done via subgroup(s) of the task force)
  • Make recommendation to the Leadership Council about Constituent Relationship Management options that best meet the needs of Minnesota State Colleges and Universities.

This work group meets approximately one to two days per month, ranging from 2 to 4 hours per meeting. Expected start is around August, 2016 and end around March 2017. The outcome of this group is critical to selecting a system CRM solution.
